How Booking Works

  1. Submit Your Request: Fill out the New Guest Consultation Form below to get started.
  2. Photos are an important part of my consultation process.
    If possible, email 3–4 clear photos of your current hair (front, sides, back and top) in good lighting, along with 3–4 inspiration photos. This allows me to review your starting point and goals before your appointment. jenn@vinacciahair.com.
  3. Confirmation & Details: I personally review every submission and will reply within 48 hours (Tuesday–Saturday) to confirm your details. You’ll also receive a reminder text 48 hours before your visit. 
  4. Waitlist Option: If I’m booked during your preferred day/time, I will gladly add you to my waitlist and will reach out if an earlier opening comes up.
