Vinaccia Hair Welcomes You!
Hello and Thank you for stopping by! My name is Jenn, the Vinaccia Hair Goddess, an independent Hair Colorist and Stylist based in Historic Downtown Winter Park, Florida. Vinaccia Hair is located inside the beautiful Bonne Vie Salon, right off Morse Blvd and Park Ave. I LOVE Color Correction and specialize in Multi-Dimensional Haircolor. Vinaccia Hair (Jenn) is certified in several of the top professional color lines but primarily I use Beth Minardi Signature Color, for I find it provides the best results. If you are considering a major hair color change, transitioning to gray natural hair color, or in need of a color correction – I’m your Hair Colorist!
Beautiful, healthy, maintainable hair is my personal goal for every client who sits in my chair.
Though Hair Color is my first love, I really enjoy complimenting my work with a fabulously designed Haircut, designed and customized just for you. With the years I’ve put in behind the chair and 100’s of hours in depth Hair Cutting continuing education, I’m certain I can create the best look for you.
The actual haircut was a great experience as well. Jenn seems to be a perfectionist and was meticulous in her efforts to make sure the cut was even and that no stray hairs were missed.
Overall, a 5 star experience!
The salon (Bonne Vie) is clean, modern and friendly. Prices are typical of Winter Park, but that's to be expected. Well worth every penny.
Tips about getting a filter and to condition my hair BEFORE getting in the pool in addition to sending me home with some serum that is apprentice made with the tears of Christ because I walked in with Brillo pad hair and walked out like I ``just stepped out of a salon``. The best part of her service outside of the amazeballs head massage she gave while washing my hair was the time she spent with me before we got started. She had me fill out a quick questionnaire and listened to me as I talked about the problems I have been having with the wig and what I wanted. She fixed my atrocious color issues that stemmed back from some bad colorist in Winter Garden. I am so happy with the end result!! I will be hitting her up for touch ups and cuts in the future. She is just as awesome and adorable as the letter she emails you before your first visit. Go see her, you will not be disappointed!!!!
After scoping out the reviews on Yelp and seeing which salons actually had appointments available during the time I was in town, I decided to try out Vinaccia Hair Goddess -- aka, Jenn. When I arrived at the salon (it's actually called Bonne Vie Salon), the place was packed! Which is a good sign, albeit a little overwhelming. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who informed me that Jenn was running a bit late. As I was about to sit down and leaf through a handful of magazines I didn't care about, to my surprise, I was whisked away to the sink for a complementary deep conditioning while I waited for Jenn to finish on her current client. I gladly accepted the thoughtful customer service-y action. Why aren't more salons this helpful?
After my steamy deep conditioning treatment, Jenn consulted with me a bit about what I wanted for my cut (layers in long hair). Somehow I've had so many other stylists mess up this request, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Jenn gave me noticeable, alluring (IMO) layers, in newly-super-soft-conditioned hair. She was quick but thorough, and was pleasant to chat with during the cut.
I left the salon feeling like a new woman. (almost, lol). It's too bad I don't live in FL, otherwise I may have just found myself a permanent solution to the horrible cuts I've had out here in the DC burbs!
